Today, I’ll be modelling a guitar in blender 2.8, using only basic techniques to achieve a polished, semi-realistic look. Turn on subtitles to see my thoughts and suggestions throughout.
I’ve been playing the guitar (poorly) for the past few years, and I thought it would be a fun challenge to try and make one in Blender. It wasn’t as hard as I imagined it would be, but there were still some difficulties cutting holes in the mesh. I didn’t edit that part out, but if you don’t want to see it you may want to skip to 3 minutes in.
